Our Approach: Small Tech, Delivered Right

At FikMark, we don't just ship boxes. We deliver the little upgrades that make your everyday easier. Every order is checked and packed with care, so it arrives ready to use.

1. Order Processing

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process, quality-check and pack your order. Once it ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States: 7-14 business days
Canada, UK & Europe: 10-20 business days
Rest of the world: 15-25 business days

Tracking may show Pending for the first 24-72 hours. This is normal while your package moves into the carrier's system.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders.

4. Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of shipping, please email us. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Need to make a change? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We're unable to take responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
